The Northern Greece Transfers, a registered trademark, with website address https://www.northerngreecetransfers.com, powered by Helexo F & B, are subject to the Terms of Use and General Terms of Service as of June 24th June 2024. Helexo F & B T is in Thessaloniki Greece, with a VAT number of EL800495589 and registered under GEMI 125624132000.

Northern Greece Transfers is powered by Helexo F & B and is committed to ensuring that these documents remain accessible and current. These documents are subject to modifications or updates at any given time, and it is the user’s responsibility to review them prior to making any orders.

The website contains information related to possibly destinations and is provided only for informative reasons and cannot be consider as advise. The supplier cannot provide professional licensed guidance and these services are provided only from accredited entities.

1.Clarification

For guaranteeing comprehension and efficiency in comprehending the terms and conditions outlined in this contractual agreement, the subsequent definitions will be employed. It is important to acknowledge that these definitions will be utilized without distinction for both singular and plural contexts.

The entity referred to as “‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’,” “Data Controller,” or “Supplier” is the company known as Helexo F & B. The individual or entity referred to as the “Customer” in these General Terms and Conditions of Service is the party who seeks the provision of Services for themselves or on behalf of the Passenger.

It should be noted that, unless stated otherwise, the Customer is acting in the capacity of a Passenger.

The contractual relations between the Parties are governed by the “General Terms and Conditions of Service,” which is a contractual document.

The “Booking Conditions” refer to the specific terms and conditions outlined below and sent to the customer with booking confirmation and payment notice.

The Services are the subject of the contract known as the “‘‘Northern Greece Transfers’’ Contract,” which is entered into by the Supplier and the Customer.

The transport services requested by the Customer are the subject of the Contract of Carriage, which is a contract between the Client and/or Passenger and the Carrier, facilitated by the Supplier.

The Carrier/s currently are only public taxi hoding legitimate public licences and follow charges that are according to the Greek Law. 

The “Privacy Policy” refers to the disclosure made in accordance with Article 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) by ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’, which outlines the procedures for collecting, handling, and processing personal data of Customers and Passengers.


The term “Parties” refers to the collaboration between ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ and the Client.

The “Passenger” refers to the ultimate individual who will reap the advantages of the transportation. This individual may or may not be the same as the Customer who has physically procured the Services.


The computer portal known as “Platform,” which is owned and operated by ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’, can be accessed online at the web address https://www.northerngreecetransfers.com. This platform allows customers to make service requests from ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’. The act of making a purchase request for the Services is referred to as “booking.” This request is initiated by the Client through the Platform and is completed by following the booking procedure outlined below.

The “Services” provided by ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ consist of facilitating transportation services and are subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Service. These Services encompass the arrangement of local transfers (such as moving between different accommodations) and transfers to or from airports, ports, or train stations from a designated starting point to a specific destination.

 The “Carrier” refers to the transport company or professional designated by the Client through the Contract of Carriage. This contract is entered into between the Client and the Carrier for the purpose of providing transportation services. It is important to note that all Carriers are partners of ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’, as they have signed a partnership agreement with the Supplier.


The purpose of the ‘‘Northern Greece Transfers’’ contract and the services provided.
At the request of Customers, ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ provides the Services, which are outlined in these General Terms and Conditions of Service and the Booking Conditions.

‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ will act on behalf of the Client and arrange for the transportation of individuals and their belongings to a designated Carrier after the Client’s Booking has been made. The provision of the requested Services by ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ is an obligation of means, not results, unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties. As such, the evaluation of performance and/or results achieved is not applicable. The sale of products or provision of services by third parties through direct links on the Platform is not governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Service.

‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ does not have any control or monitoring over the websites accessed through these links. As a result, ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ cannot be held responsible for the goods or services offered by third parties or the transactions conducted between Platform Passengers and third parties.

Temporary suspension of the Services on the Platform may occur, without advance notice, for the sole purpose of conducting essential and/or appropriate technical interventions on the Platform.

The provision of services by ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ may be halted at any given moment in the event of valid security concerns or violations of confidentiality.
‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ retains the authority to decline any Bookings from individuals who exhibit abnormal purchasing patterns or frequency on the Platform. Additionally, ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ maintains the right to refuse orders from a) Customers engaged in an active legal dispute; b) Customers involved in fraudulent credit card transactions; c) Customers who have supplied identification information that is subsequently determined to be false, incomplete, or inaccurate.

  1. Platform Navigation

By utilizing and/or accessing the Platform, the Client affirms their ability to act within the confines of their state’s laws and regulations regarding the subject matter outlined in the General Terms and Conditions of Service. Furthermore, the Client acknowledges that they must be at least 14 years old to navigate the Platform. Additionally, if the Client intends to search, reserve, or purchase Services that require the individual to be of legal age, they must be at least 18 years old. It should be noted that a minor Customer may only utilize this Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

 

2.1 Get a Quote

To access specific services on the Platform, the Client must undergo the process for requesting a quote. This entails providing all necessary information, including personal and/or business data, as outlined in the registration procedure. Additionally, a valid payment method accepted by the Platform is required to finalize purchases.

The Client should supply their name, surname, telephone number, and email within the appropriate form fields. Also pick up and drop off destination/s. Ensure that the email and telephone number provided belong to the passenger, as these will be used by ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ and/or the carrier for communication regarding the booking, processing, and any other activities related to the contract of carriage.

During the guided procedure, the Client must acknowledge that they have reviewed the General Terms and Conditions of Service and the Privacy Policy. Upon completion and after ensuring that all required fields have been accurately filled out and the General Terms and Conditions of Service have been accepted, the Client can click on “GET A QUOTE” to submit the form to ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’.

‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ will evaluate the Booking and reserves the right to accept or reject it based on the availability of Carriers to provide the requested transportation service.

 

2.3 Payment

Upon receipt of the form, ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ will diligently examine the entered data for precision and comprehensiveness. If any clarifications or information, are required, the Client will be promptly contacted. The Client will then receive an email from ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’, notifying them of the request outcome and in case of availability provide them a secure payment link to proceed with the payment of 30% of the estimated cost. Final cost may be affected accordingly (+/-) due to waiting hours other than estimated initially by the customer. 

Starting from 24 hours before the start of your journey, you will be sent the details of the Carrier responsible for transportation. Lastly, you will have access to the voucher, which serves as the booking confirmation. Rest assured that all the data provided will be processed and used by the Platform in compliance with the applicable regulations and Privacy Policy.

Customers bear the responsibility for ensuring that the personal and/or business data they provide is truthful, complete, and accurate. It is imperative that any corrections or updates to this data are promptly communicated. ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ cannot be held accountable for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of the information provided by customers, including their identity.

The ‘‘Northern Greece Transfers’’ Contract is considered finalized upon receipt of the down payment. ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ ensures that all Bookings are securely stored, either digitally or in hard copy, at its headquarters, with utmost confidentiality. The Client has the right to request a copy of their Booking by contacting ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ via email at transfers@helexo.com.

If any amount owed remains unpaid, whether in full or in part, the ‘‘Northern Greece Transfers’’ Contract will be considered terminated. Should the outstanding balance not be settled or the payment not be confirmed, the ‘‘Northern Greece Transfers’’ Contract will automatically be terminated. The Customer will receive notification of this termination and the subsequent cancellation of the Booking.

  1. Airports, Railway Stations, Ports Pick up

Upon your arrival at the designated terminal, you will easily spot our Carrier in the arrivals hall, holding a personalized welcome sign for easy identification. Once you have connected with the Carrier, they will guide you to the pre-arranged vehicle for your seamless transportation experience.

  1. Door to Door Service

Door-to-door service ensures convenience for passengers provided the accessibility by the vehicle. The Carrier will pick up the Passenger right at the main entrance of the pick-up address. Throughout the journey, the Carrier will aid the Passenger, both on the way to and inside the vehicle. Finally, the Passenger will be dropped off at the main entrance of the destination address.

  1. Methods of providing the Services and their availability

The Services covered by the contractual relationship and subject to these General Conditions are those included in the electronic catalogue published on the Platform at the time of the Customer’s booking. Each Service is accompanied by an information sheet describing its main features (“Service Sheet”). Service Sheet will be sent via email after customer’s request for a quote. Please understand that the images and descriptions contained herein may not fully represent the Services and that the model/class, color, shape or size of the vehicles used for the Transport Services may vary, including in relation to the geographical areas where the Transport Services are actually provided by the Transport Companies.

 

‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ strives to ensure that the Services are provided as realistically as possible. However, these may vary significantly from the model, color, shape or size of the vehicles shown, as well as the availability of the Transport Services provided by the Transport Companies. To the above points, the following points should be added:


– The Transport Services provided using a minibus may be provided using two or more vans/SUVs to ensure the transportation of all passengers in all cases;

– The Transport Services may be performed using other vehicles of greater capacity or of a higher type and/or category (“Free Upgrade”).

 

 Within 24 (twenty-four) hours prior to transfer start date and time, ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ will send the Client/Passenger an email (the “Transportation Notification”) informing them of:

The Transport Company accepts the Client’s Transport request, thereby concluding the Transport Contract, thereby informing the Client/Passenger of all the details of the contracted Transport Company and the Transport.

The Transportation Notice contains the itinerary of the Transportation Services, including the departure point, the arrival point and the exact departure time. The Client acknowledges that the actual departure time may be 15 minutes earlier or later than the departure time specified in the Transportation Notice.


The Client acknowledges that, before booking and payment, ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ may not be able to conclude the relevant Transportation Contract on behalf of the Client due to the unavailability of the Carrier and/or any other reason. In this case, the Supplier shall not be responsible in any case for the impossibility of arranging one or more services and/or the relevant Transportation Services.

 

‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ is not liable for the temporary or permanent unavailability of one or more of the intermediation services and/or the related transport services. In the event that the services and/or the related transport services provided cannot be provided, even temporarily, the Supplier undertakes not to charge the Customer the corresponding fees. If a booking has been submitted and the prices for the intermediation services and/or the related transport services that are no longer provided have been invoiced, the Supplier will refund the Customer the full amount paid for these services and/or the related transport services. If the relevant transport services are provided.


In the event of partial or complete unavailability of the arranged services and/or the arranged related transport services, we will immediately inform the Customer by e-mail, even after sending the booking confirmation e-mail. In this case, the ‘‘Northern Greece Transfers’’ contract is deemed terminated and ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ will reimburse the corresponding amounts if they have already been paid.

 

In the case of multiple bookings, the Customer does not have the right to cancel the entire booking if one or more of the ordered services and/or the related transport services are unavailable.

  1. Termination of the ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ Agreement

The Agreement terminates upon the occurrence of one of the following events:

  1. ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ sends the Final Transport Notice informing the Customer/Passenger of the conclusion of the Transport Contract;
    2. ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ sends the Transport Notice informing the Customer/Passenger that the Transport Contract has not been concluded.

  2. Payment

The Customer has to pay the fees for the reserved Transport Services within the time and manner specified in these General Terms of Service. Any payment by the Customer may only be made using one of the methods indicated in the footer of the Platform and described below.


Credit Card. Credit and debit cards of the major international networks are accepted. If the amount due cannot be deducted for any reason, the sales process is automatically canceled and the sale is terminated. We will inform the Customer by email. The fees are payable at the time of booking and after receiving a secure link from supplier. The confidential data of the payment card (card number, holder, expiration date, security code) are encrypted and transmitted directly to the payment processor without passing through the servers used by the supplier. Therefore, the Provider never has access to or storage of the payment card data used by the Customer to pay for the Services.

The receipts and/or invoices recording the purchase of the Transport Services booked by the Customer through the Platform are issued by the Carrier and ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ is limited to (if necessary) IT procedures for managing or facilitating the delivery of tax documents to the Consumer.


Digital Wallets and PayPal. Payments are accepted through digital wallets such as Viva Wallet, Google Pay, Apple Pay. If the Customer chooses a digital wallet as a payment method, he will be redirected to the relevant website where he will make the payment according to the procedures provided and regulated there. These services use the latest SSL security and data encryption protocols.


Confidential data (credit card numbers, expiration dates and passwords) are never stored on the Platform and never fall into the hands of ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’.

In the event of termination of the contract or any refund, ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ will reimburse the Client for all amounts due using the same payment method used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

 

8.Prices of Transport Services

The prices of the Transport Services provided by the Transport Companies specified on the confirmation email are in Euros, depending on the currency prevailing at the place where the Client makes the reservation, and include VAT.

The prices of the Transport Services provided by the Transport Companies to be determined are not fixed but depend on the Transport Services requested (airport transfer or local transport), the additional services requested, the waiting time and the distance.

 

Therefore, the Client actively participates in determining the price by using the get a quote form and entering the data of the desired Transport during the reservation phase.


All costs paid by the Client for converting the currency used by him into Euros at the checkout phase.

 

9.Booking conditions and contract of transportation

The booking conditions vary according to the booking class. Local laws and regulations regarding taxi services apply to contracts for the provision of services with taxi companies.


10.Cancellation, changes to bookings and refunds

10.1 Cancellation

The Customer acknowledges that the transportation services in question do not enjoy the right of withdrawal referred to in the Consumer Protection Act, as these services are car rental services and/or services related to leisure activities in any case, the contract of which provides for specific dates or periods stipulated therein.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Customer has the right to cancel the booking in accordance with the cancellation policy.  Specifically, the Customer may request the cancellation of the booking up to 24 (twenty-four) hours before the scheduled start date and time of the transportation service, without prior notice and without penalty.
If the Customer requests the cancellation of the booking less to 24 (twenty-four) hours before the scheduled start date and time of the transportation service, he shall not be entitled to any refund.

 

To cancel a booking, the Customer must contact the supplier in the email address transfers@helexo.com


Only the Customer can request the cancellation of a booking, as the Passenger and/or third party, even if authorized by the Customer, have no right and/or authorization to do so.


10.2 Changes

The Customer has the right to change the booking as described below.

The Customer may request a change in the booking 24 (twenty four) hours before the scheduled start date and time of the Transportation Service, without prior notice and without penalty. The Customer is deemed to agree to pay any additional costs (vehicle upgrade, night surcharge, etc.) resulting from the change request.

Please also understand that if, after making a change request, no Transport Company is available to perform the Transportation Service requested by the Customer, the booking will not be changed and the Customer may proceed to cancel the booking as indicated in the “Cancellation” section.

The Customer may also request a change in the booking 24 (twenty four) hours before the scheduled start date and time of the Transportation Service. In this case, the Customer acknowledges that the Carrier may charge a surcharge for the change request to the Transportation Service to be performed. Furthermore, the Client is deemed to agree to pay any additional costs (vehicle upgrade, night surcharge, etc.) resulting from the change request. The Client also accepts that if the vehicle specified at the time of booking is not available, the transportation service may be performed using another vehicle, even of a lower type and/or category, and expressly waives any refund resulting from such vehicle replacement.

Finally, please understand that if, following a change request, no carrier is available to perform the transportation service requested by the Client, the booking will not be modified and the Client will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid at the time of booking.

To request a change to a booking, the Customer must contact the supplier in the email address transfers@helexo.com

 

Only the Client may request a change in the booking, as the Passenger and/or third party, even if authorized by the Client, has no right and/or authority to do so.

Refunds

Notwithstanding the above, the customer/passenger shall not be entitled to any refund in case of failure to show up at the scheduled place and time for the start of the transport service, even if such failure is due to reasons beyond his control (for example, delays or cancelations in flights and/or trains. In such cases, the customer is requested to apply for a refund from the airline and/or train company responsible for the inconvenience).


In addition, the customer shall not be entitled to a refund if he/she makes a request for a surcharge due to unforeseen reasons but refuses to pay the surcharge.

  1.  Role and obligations of ‘‘Northern Greece Transfers’’

Upon conclusion of the ‘‘Northern Greece Transfers’’ contract and confirmation of the booking, ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ undertakes to provide the services with the necessary professionalism, care and expertise. ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ undertakes in particular to:

  • arrange the transport services requested by the Client, in particular to contact and identify transport service providers suitable to provide the required transport services in order to conclude a transport contract with them in the name and on behalf of the Client;

  • send the Client/passenger a transport notification informing them of the conclusion or non-conclusion of the transport contract

  • inform the Client/passenger of his actions.

    ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ is also obliged to provide the Platform and its functions to the Client but does not assume any responsibility for the use of the Platform by the Client. In particular, the Client is expressly informed that the usefulness of the free and paid services provided depends on the use of the Platform by the Client, for which ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ does not assume any responsibility.
    ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ will maintain the Platform and adapt it to new programming technologies and ensure the security of data and information on the Platform.
    ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ undertakes to inform the Client about the operation of the Platform and to assist the Client if necessary. ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ does not sell and/or resell or provide Transport Services and therefore does not assume any responsibility for the Transport Contract and its correct execution. The Transport Company is neither an auxiliary, nor an employee or subcontractor of ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’.

It is considered that the invoice for the purchased Transport Services is the sole responsibility of the Transport Company, which issues tax documents to the Client based on the amount paid by the Client.

The Transport Company is solely responsible for the sale of the Transport Services and for the management of disputes with the Client/Passenger regarding, but not limited to, the following issues:

  • Exercise of the right of withdrawal (if applicable);
    • The Transport Company’s unwillingness to guarantee the Transport Services;
    • Failure and/or inability of the Carrier to respond promptly to the Client’s/Passenger’s communications by e-mail and/or telephone.

‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ does not and cannot control the actions or performance of the Carriers and does not guarantee: (i) the existence, quality, safety, suitability or legality of any Carrier’s services; (ii) the truth or accuracy of any description of the Transport Services; (iii) the security of the Client’s computer system (hardware and software) or the files or documents contained therein as a result of: a) the presence of viruses in the Client’s computer system or in the mobile devices used to connect to the Platform’s content and services; b) browser failures; c) the use of outdated versions of the same.

If ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ is unable for any reason to find a Carrier willing to perform the Transport requested by the Client and/or does not perform the Transport even if a Carrier is found, the Carrier will immediately notify the Client and fully refund the amount paid by the Client. It is understood that in no event shall ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ be liable for any damages and/or disadvantages suffered by the Client and/or Passenger because of the non-conclusion and/or non-performance of the contract for Transport arising, regardless of the reason. It is also understood that the Client shall not be entitled to any refund if the Services have been correctly provided by ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’.

‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ will inform the Client of any incidents that may occur during the provision of the Services and reserves the right to deviate from the instructions received in the event that such incidents cannot be communicated to the Client in a timely manner and the Client could reasonably be expected to have given his consent. For example, but not limited to, if the flight and/or rail transport specified by the Client is delayed, ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ may negotiate with the transport company to change the pickup time originally specified by the Client and adapt it to the new arrival time of the Client/passenger’s means of transport to the pickup location.


‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ reserves the right to supplement the partial, missing, incorrect and/or incomplete instructions provided by the Client if the Client fails to provide partial, missing, incorrect and/or incomplete instructions as specifically requested by ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ and this reasonably leads the Client to believe that the latter are his permission. For example, let us consider the following hypotheses:
– The client does not provide a valid pick-up address and does not respond to the Provider’s request for information. In this case, ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ may retrieve this information from a previous booking and conclude a contract of transportation in the name and on behalf of the client in this regard;
– The flight arrival time specified by the client differs from the pick-up time. In this case, ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ may conclude a contract of transportation in the name and on behalf of the client and indicate the flight arrival time to the carrier as the pick-up time.
‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ is not responsible for illegal, unlawful, false, inaccurate content in the documents and/or information provided by the client and requires the client to indemnify and hold ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ harmless from any inquiries related to this.

The client is not entitled to any damages or compensation, nor is he entitled to any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and/or property due to failure to perform his duties, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. The Platform and/or Services provided by ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’.

‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ is not responsible for any content created or published on third-party websites that have hypertext links to the Platform. ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ has no control over these links and is not responsible for the relevant content of the relevant third-party websites.
‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ is not liable for: (i) any losses not arising from a breach of the General Terms of Service, (ii) any loss of business opportunities (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, perceived savings, data, goodwill or unnecessary losses) (iii) any other indirect or consequential losses that the Client may or may not have foreseen when using the ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ services.
In any case, the claim for damages against ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ shall not exceed the purchase price of the services giving rise to the claim for damages.

The Supplier assumes no obligations beyond those set out in the General Conditions of Service and makes no warranty as to the services provided or undertaken hereunder, nor as to the results of such services or the achievement of their particular purpose.
The Supplier shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages suffered by the Customer or third parties as a result of personal data collected, processed and/or stored by the Supplier and processed by the Supplier within the scope of the execution of the Agreement. The Customer’s manner is not in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

The Customer waives the right to object to ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ and considers it exempted from any liability in this regard if the Customer does not provide the Supplier with the information requested by the Supplier within a time appropriate to the nature of the relevant service. The Supplier and the responsible carrier are not responsible for delays and/or inefficiencies of any other transport company (flights, trains, etc.) used by the Customer. The Customer waives the right to object to ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ and/or the responsible carrier and considers them exempted from any liability in this regard.

 

  1. Customer Obligations

The Customer undertakes to use the Platform and the Services purchased on the Platform only for lawful purposes, in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions and the Booking Conditions and in no case to infringe the rights of ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’, the Carriers and/or third parties. The Customer undertakes to indemnify the Provider, its employees or associated companies against any claims for damages or third-party claims resulting from the actions or omissions of the User during interaction with the Platform or the purchase of Services through the Platform. The Client declares that all the information provided is true, accurate and not misleading, undertakes to maintain such information and to immediately inform ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ of any irregularities. The Client expressly acknowledges that the information provided by him is essential for the execution of the  Transportation Contract and assumes full responsibility for any omissions or any false, inaccurate, incomplete or omitted information. For example, during the booking process, the Client assumes full responsibility if:
– an incorrect pickup/destination location and/or in any case an incorrect location is provided;
– an incorrect and/or in any case an approximate pickup time is provided;
– any special needs and/or instructions are not indicated (passengers with reduced mobility, children, animals, more than one piece of luggage per passenger, etc.).

In order to provide the services, the client is obliged to provide ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ with all the necessary materials and information for the best possible execution of the ‘‘Northern Greece Transfers’’ Agreement and guarantees that it has the ownership and/or authority to process and/or create these documents and/or information and to use the personal data. The documents in question must not in any way, in whole or in part, violate the rights of passengers, third party rights, intellectual or industrial property rights, other mandatory provisions, public order, morality or general legal provisions. In the event of violation of this, ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ reserves the right to terminate the ‘‘Northern Greece Transfers’’ Agreement, without prejudice to the right to obtain compensation for any damages suffered.

The client is solely responsible for providing such information and undertakes to exempt ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’, all partners, associated companies and/or employees from any liability arising from any injury or damage to passengers, carriers and/or third parties to which it can be attributed.

By accessing and/or using the Platform, the Client declares that he/she (i) has all the rights to use the services provided by ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’; and (ii) has all the authorizations, licenses, rights and/or permissions to use and/or enter the information necessary to use the services provided by ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’, including in relation to subsequent activities after the conclusion of the carriage contract. Any adverse consequences that may arise from the breach of the warranty obligations agreed herein are borne by the Client, who is expressly obliged to indemnify ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ from any damages, claims or demands, regardless of who may arise.

The Client undertakes to perform his obligations faithfully and in good faith and to respect the rights of ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’. He also undertakes to take all actions and/or sign all documents required by the Carrier and/or persons acting on his behalf for the purposes mentioned above More generally, undertakes to cooperate and not to oppose and/or hinder in any way the services provided by ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’, aware that his cooperation is necessary for their implementation.

The client is obliged to fully indemnify and hold harmless ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ and to protect it from any and all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages, claims and legal actions arising from complaints and/or claims by the passenger and/or the carrier for alleged and/or proven breach of the contract, pre-contractual and/or extra-contractual obligations of the client against them.

The client undertakes not to entrust the provision of services to anyone other than ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’.

If one or more passengers are children, the passenger must request appropriate equipment (child seat or booster seat) during the ‘get a quote’ process, which we will provide free of charge (one child seat or booster seat the size of each child). Otherwise, ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ and the Carrier are not obliged to provide the Services or the related transport services for the benefit of the Client/Passenger, no refunds will be made, and the Carrier is not responsible in any case for any damage caused to the Client and/or Passengers. It is also agreed that if the necessary equipment cannot be provided, the Client/Passenger agrees to the transport, in any case the Client is obliged to pay the amount due.


If the Client wishes to have the transport services for people with reduced mobility and/or under any conditions requiring a special vehicle and/or in any case equipped with special equipment (e.g. van with ramp), he must indicate this need at the time of booking and/or in any case contact ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ before booking. Otherwise, ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ and the Carrier are not obliged to provide the Services and the related transport services for the benefit of the Client/Passenger, no refunds will be made, and the Carrier is not responsible in any case for any damage caused to the Client/Passenger and/or Passengers.

If the customer wishes to have the transportation service for the benefit of an animal, the customer must indicate this request at the time of booking and/or in any case before booking by contacting ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’, provided that the laws and regulations in force at the place of transportation allow this. It is assumed that the customer/passenger must have a special container to transport such an animal. Otherwise, ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ and the Carrier have no obligation to provide the services and related transportation services for the benefit of the Client/Passenger, no refunds will be made and the Carrier will not be held responsible in any case for any damages caused to the Client/Passenger and/or Passenger.


Each passenger is entitled to carry the following items free of charge:


– Small items in the passenger compartment (laptops, camera bags, small shoulder straps, etc.)
– 1 x Medium-sized luggage weighing no more than 20 kg, which can be stored in the luggage compartment.

For safety reasons and/or specific local regulations, it is prohibited to store luggage in the space reserved for passengers. Therefore, all luggage must be stored in the luggage compartment.

We recommend that you choose the vehicle class according to the number of passengers and the weight of the luggage.

If a passenger wishes to carry luggage exceeding the above limits, this must be indicated at the time of booking (specifying the number of pieces of luggage and their description) and/or in any case, contact ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ before booking. Otherwise, ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ and the Carrier are not obliged to provide the service or the related transportation services for the benefit of the customer/passenger, no refunds will be made, and the Carrier will not be liable in any case for any damage caused to the customer and/or passenger.


If the Passenger chooses a vehicle with a capacity greater than the number of passengers at the time of booking due to the amount and/or volume of luggage, the Passenger must indicate the reason in the “Notes” field of the “Driver” when booking and/or in any case contact ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ before booking. Otherwise, when performing the Services and the related Transport Services, ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ and the Carrier will be guided by the number of passengers specified by the Customer and may refer to the vehicles that ensure the transportation of the Passengers to arrange and perform the Transportation, taking into account the Customer’s request for a vehicle with a larger capacity if there is no request.

The Customer undertakes to inform the Passengers of his/her Booking of the General Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Booking Conditions and to ensure that all Passengers accept these Terms and Conditions. Otherwise, the Customer shall be responsible to ‘‘NORTHERN GREECE TRANSFERS’’ for any additional information. The Customer acknowledges that the Carrier is liable only for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence by the Carrier, its employees and/or agents, for damages caused by intentional concealment of defects, express warranties or for damages caused by personal injury (loss of life, property, body and health). The Carrier is liable only for other damages caused by a breach of an obligation, the fulfillment of which first of all makes the contract of transport executable and meets the legitimate expectations of the Customer/Passenger. The obligation to pay damages is limited to damages typical and foreseeable in the contract. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

Taxi company Carriers are liable in accordance with applicable regulations.

The Customer/Passenger undertakes to contact the Carrier in case of missing and/or being late for the pick-up location at the agreed time.

The Customer/Passenger undertakes to inform the supplier no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time and in any case immediately inform the Carrier of any non-performance and/or incorrect performance of the Transport Services.
